Ovo Energy was recently voted the UK’s top gas and electricity supplier in the 2010 Which? Switch Consumer Satisfaction Survey.
Our collective score was 77 per cent, based on our customers’ overall satisfaction and their likelihood of recommending Ovo to a friend. Across the survey we scored full marks in the criteria including the accuracy and clarity of our billing, customer service and value for money.

Been with ovo for about 18months can’t fault them there service as been excellent, bills really easy to work out no intention of leaving
according to my copy of Which dated February 2011 you are actually JOINT top sharing this position with Utility Warehouse and in fact you did not get full marks in Encouraging Efficiency 4 stars rather than 5
I think that it is very important when you make statements for them to be accurate!!!
