The Ovo promise

The Ovo promise is very simple. We will always do what we say and not make commitments we can’t keep. It’s not always easy but we know trust has to be earned.

We promise to be straightforward. We always imagine there is a customer in the room with us when we make decisions. If we think the customer wouldn’t like what they hear, we know it’s probably a bad decision.
