We've been listening to your helpful comments and suggestions and a lot of your feedback concerning the pages where you submit your meter readings in My OVO. We've been making some changes so that the whole process is much quicker and simpler, and that all of the instructions are clear and easy to understand.
We've changed some of the descriptions on the pages where you submit meter readings so that it's clear what to fill in, as well as adding a final confirmation page which means you can check all of the information you've entered before you submit it to us.
To enter your meter readings, all you need to do is visit your My OVO account and login with your email address or your My OVO ID (a nine digit code which can be found on all communications that we send to you) and password. You can then select 'Submit a meter reading' and fill in your details.
Here it is again in short form:
- Go to My OVO
- Use your email address or My OVO ID to login
- Enter your password
- Select ‘Submit a meter reading’
- Fill in your details
- You’re done!
