Keeping things simple means being honest and straightforward with everything we do. So we thought you may be interested to see exactly where you money goes.

We have roughly calculated out of every kilowatt hour (kWh), what is spent on what. Please note, the numbers represented in the graphs below are an approximation based on 8.4 pence per kWh for electricity and 2.62 pence for gas. What you may notice is that that our own margins are very lean, but that’s not the only way we keep our costs down. It’s a combination of careful planning, embracing new technology and minimising our operating costs, without compromising on sustainability or customer service.
