What’s more, when your contract ends we’ll proactively tell you about our best current deal available, saving you time and giving you peace of mind. So regardless of whether you’re a brand new customer or ‘one of the family’, you’ll know you’re getting the best possible deal with us on your gas and electricity.

Why are you offering a pledge?
We think our customers are great, and are committed to putting them first. We’re proud to be the only supplier offering such a pledge; as energy customers ourselves, we know how confusing it can be in trying to figure out whether you have the best deal for your energy.
