The information OVO make available for customers on the website both generally and personally (e.g. usage, tariff information etc), Is excellent. The website is user friendly. Although I keep note to take readings each month, and to record these against my account. It may help customers if emails could automatically be generated and sent to each customer giving date they are expected to provide a reading. Hope this helps?

I was IMPRESSED!

I'm an incoming tenant to a flat and had to change electricity supplier as all tenants agreed to engage the same supplier. The previous tenant chose OVO Energy and I have to say I have been really impressed with OVO with respect to their timely communications over the phone, friendly and professional manner and ease of use of their on-line account and chat website. It's a shame I had to switch and maybe I'll switch back if my current supplier isn't as good! Well done OVO!

2 By switching to OVO Energy you could reduce your carbon footprint by up to 1 tonne of carbon per year. This is based on the carbon emissions caused in the production and consumption of the 100% renewable electricity OVO provides as standard, compared to the emissions caused by the production and consumption of UK grid average electricity. Average UK household energy consumption figures were sourced from BEIS (2019). The carbon emissions factors were calculated by the Carbon Trust.

3 Interest Rewards are paid on credit balances of customers paying by monthly Direct Debit. It is calculated at 3% in your first year, 4% in your second year and 5% in your third year (and every year thereafter) if you pay by Direct Debit. Interest Rewards are paid monthly based on the number of days you’re in credit and the amount left in your account after you’ve paid your bill. Full terms apply.
