If the effects of coronavirus have left you unable to pay the OVO Coronavirus Hardship Scheme could help. This is how it works:
You apply by calling us on 0330 303 5063.
We work out if we can help, and how much support you need.
We reduce your Direct Debit payments for an agreed length of time.
When things feel normal again, we ask you to pay us back, a little at a time.
