Coronavirus: managing your energy

Over the last few weeks our lives have been turned upside down. Many of us are finding things incredibly tough. And many of us are struggling to pay our bills because of the effects of coronavirus. At OVO, we’re doing everything we can to help.

Coronavirus FAQs: how we're supporting you

To support those who need us most, we’re now only taking emergency calls.
It’s a great help if you can use your online account or our app wherever possible.
You’ll also find lots of answers in these Coronavirus FAQs.

Can't pay your bills?

If the effects of coronavirus have left you unable to pay the OVO Coronavirus Hardship Scheme could help.
This is how it works:

  • You apply by calling us on 0330 303 5063.
  • We work out if we can help, and how much support you need.
  • We reduce your Direct Debit payments for an agreed length of time.
  • When things feel normal again, we ask you to pay us back, a little at a time.

We’ve designed this scheme to help those who need it most. That’s why we’re asking you to only apply if you really need to.
