What happens if I need to top up while I'm changing supplier?

You can continue to top up with OVO right up until your change of supply date. Once you’ve changed supplier, if there’s credit on your meter we’ll contact you about a refund. If you have a smart meter, we'll switch it to credit mode before you switch to avoid you going off supply.
