We've been listening to your helpful comments and suggestions and a lot of your feedback concerning the pages where you submit your meter readings in My OVO. So we have been making some changes so that the whole process is much quicker and simpler, and that all of the instructions are clear and easy to understand.
We've changed some of the descriptions on the pages where you submit meter readings so that it's clear what to fill in, as well as adding a final confirmation page which means you can check all of the information you've entered before you submit it to us.
To enter your meter readings, all you need to do is visit your My OVO account and login with your email address or your My OVO ID (a nine digit code which can be found on all communications that we send to you) and password. You can then select 'Submit a meter reading' and fill in your details.

Of course if mobile is more your thing, we’ve created iOS/Apple and Android apps so you can update your meter readings right there on the spot (both come with a nifty torch feature so you can see any hard-to-reach meters!).
If you’d prefer to give us a call you can use our shortcut by pressing '2' and following the instructions to leave your meter reads.

Submitting your meter readings each month will mean that we can bill you as accurately as possible and we won't have to rely on estimated readings.
