The £100 off with EV Everywhere offer closed on 14/08/2020. If you signed up to EV Everywhere during the promotion period, the following will apply: 

The £100 off with EV Everywhere is an offer to new customers who sign up to OVO Energy's EV Everywhere plan with Polar Plus and link their OVO and Polar Plus accounts. It is provided jointly by OVO Energy. 

Offer details valid from 20th May 2020.

 

1. Promoter

OVO Energy Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06890795 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (OVO Energy).

 

2.  Who is eligible?

This offer is open to you if you: 

  1. are not currently an OVO Energy member; 
  2. currently own or are expecting delivery of a plug-in electric vehicle 
  3. sign up to the EV Everywhere Polar bundle after [20th May 2020] 
  4. sign up for the free Polar Plus membership that you are entitled to with the EV Everywhere Polarbundle, entering your OVO account number;
  5. Remain on the EV Everywhere Polar bundle for the full term of your 2 year fixed contract

3. How long is the offer open for? 

The offer will close on 14/08/2020.

 

4.  What is the offer?

We will give you £100 credit on your energy account.

 

5.  When is the offer applied?

 

The £100 credit will be applied to your energy account up to 60 days after you’ve signed up to EV Everywhere Polar Bundle and activated your Polar Plus membership.

6.  What if I switch away from OVO before my EV Everywhere contract ends?

You need to stay on the EV Everywhere bundle for the full term of your 2-year contract in order to remain eligible for the credit. If you switch away before the end of your 2 year term, we may recover any credit already awarded. We may do so by adding this amount to your next bill. This is in addition to any exit fees that may apply.

 

7.  Anything else I should know?

The offer is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.  There is no cash or other alternative.

We reserve the right to remove or temporarily suspend the offer if, in our reasonable opinion, we suspect any breach of these rules.  

If OVO deems in its discretion that a participant is ineligible for any reason, OVO reserves the right to cancel or recover any credit already awarded.

OVO reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions on reasonable notice. 

These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England unless you are a resident of Ireland or Scotland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in Ireland or Scotland (as applicable). 

 

8.  How do I sign up to Polar Plus for free with EV Everywhere?

You will not be eligible for this offer until you have completed sign up for Polar Plus using your OVO account number. Signing up is simple: click on the referral link to Polar plus in your welcome e-mail from EV Everywhere. You will then automatically qualify for two years free membership costs (saving £7.85 per month). Please note that you will need to provide your Direct Debit details in case you incur any extra charges on your account (such as the cost of charging at a chargepoint that is not free with Polar Plus). 9.  Can I withdraw the credit to my bank account?

No. The credit cannot be withdrawn from your energy balance to your bank account.

By signing up for the offer, you agree to separate terms with OVO Energy. You can find our core energy supply terms here and our EV Everywhere plan terms here. Please read these terms carefully for the terms that will apply to your energy supply. These will form part of your contract with us.
