Terms for this offer from OVO

Promoter: OVO Energy Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06890795 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (OVO Energy).
Who is eligible? This offer is only open to: (a) OVO Energy customers; (b) who are participating in the Trial; (c) meet (and continue to meet) the Eligibility Criteria as set out in Section 3 of the Smart Heating Trial terms (see here); (d) remain on the Trial for three consecutive months, starting from the date OVO notifies you in writing that his/her Trial has begun (the Minimum Trial Period).
How long is the offer open for? This offer is available on a limited basis to the first 20 OVO Energy customers who sign up to the Trial. The offer will close after the 20th OVO Energy customer has signed up to the Trial.
What is the offer? If you are eligible, we will give you a one off credit towards your OVO Energy account balance. We will inform you of the amount of credit at the point that you sign up to the Trial.
When is the credit applied? The Credit will be applied in the fourth month following your Trial Start Date (being the date that we have notified you in accordance with Section 4.1 of the Smart Heating Trial terms . Note that the credit will only be applied if, as at the date the Credit is due to be applied, you continue to participate in the Trial and continue to meet all Eligibility Criteria as set out in Section 3 of the Smart Heating Trial terms.
What if I withdraw from the trial? If your participation in the Trial ceases for any reason before the end of the Minimum Trial Period, you will no longer be eligible for the Credit. OVO reserves the right to cancel your Credit and award it to the next OVO customer (ie who OVO deems in its discretion qualifies for a Credit).
Can I withdraw the credit to my bank account? The Credit cannot be withdrawn from your energy balance to your bank account.
Data protection
OVO will collect and process participants' personal information in accordance with Section 5 of the Smart Heating Trial terms . Personal information will be used in accordance with the applicable privacy policy in place from time to time, which you can find at https://www.ovoenergy.com/privacy-policy.
Anything else I should know?
The Credit is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There is no cash or other alternative.
We reserve the right to remove or temporarily suspend the offer or any participant if, in our reasonable opinion, we suspect any breach of these rules or Smart Heating Trial terms.
We reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede offer if, in our sole discretion, the offer is not capable of being conducted as specified.
If OVO deems in its discretion that a participant is ineligible for any reason, or that a participant has breached these Terms and Conditions, OVO reserves the right to award the Credit to another participant and to cancel or recover any Credit already awarded.
OVO reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions on reasonable notice. Any amendments will be published on OVO's website.
The terms and conditions are subject to English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England unless you are a resident of Ireland or Scotland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in Ireland or Scotland (as applicable).
