Hello, just to let you know that we've been listening to your helpful comments and suggestions and a lot of the feedback was to do with the pages where you submit your meter readings in My Ovo. We've been making some changes so that the whole process is much quicker and simpler, making sure that all of the instructions are clear and easy to understand.
We've changed some of the descriptions on the pages where you submit meter readings so that it's clear what to fill in, as well as adding a final confirmation page which means you can check all of the information you've entered before you submit it to us.
Submitting your meter readings each month will mean that we can bill you as accurately as possible and we won't have to rely on estimated readings. To enter your meter reading, all you need to do is visit your My Ovo account here and login with your My Ovo ID (a 9 digit code which can be found on all communications that we send to you) and password. You can then select 'Submit a meter reading' and fill in your details.
