1 Customers could save up to £1,617 with discounts on a range of products and services. Discounts will be in the form of a bill credit paid to your energy account after a one-time purchase of specific products, or a discount at the point of purchase. Current offers are: redeeming 2,400 EV miles collected with EV Reward; up to £35 bill credit for an EV charger and subscribing to a Charge Anytime tariff; 5% off a solar panel installation - this is £535 based on average order value though actual amount dependent on nature of install; a £85 discount on a home energy assessment with our Energy Experts (OVO Beyond cost £15, retail price £100); a tado smart thermostat for £96 (a saving of £103.99 discount on manufacturer’s recommended retail price of £199.99); £500 off a new boiler install; a free boiler service with retail price of £84; 50% off boiler plan at the complete cover tier equates to £96 in one-off saving. By subscribing to Power Move customers could also earn up to £10 credit per month for successfully completing Power Move monthly challenges. Note that customers may be eligible for Power Move without unlocking Beyond. In order to achieve full £1,617 saving, customers would have to purchase / subscribe to all currently available products and offers.

2 Our Beyond EV Reward allows eligible customers to bank up to 100 free miles a month over 2 years (up to a maximum 2,400 miles) which can then be redeemed when a customer signs up to Charge Anytime. Free miles can be redeemed at any time over the 2 year period and for 3 years after. Free miles must be redeemed in one go and are payable as account credit within 30 days of redemption. Credit will depend on number of miles banked when redeemed and then current Charge Anytime rate. Charge Anytime requires a compatible charger or EV (see Charge Anytime terms for details). Mileage calculation based on average sized EV requiring 1kWh per 4 miles. Actual miles obtained depends on type of vehicle, driving style, weather and other factors. 3 Beyond allows eligible customers to accrue the value of up to 5 solar panels over two years. Approximate accrual rate of the value of one solar panel per 4 month period. Redeemable when a customer purchases an OVO solar panel and battery package within the accrual period or up to three years after. Must be redeemed in one go. Value of the amount of solar panels accrued by the time of redemption will be applied as a discount to your total solar panel and battery package up to a maximum redemption value of £500. Your Beyond questions answered
For eligible OVO customers, Beyond unlocks rewards, partner discounts, and ways to save energy, within the OVO app.
The OVO app is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. This upgraded version of the app gives users tailored insights into their home energy use, alongside energy-saving tips and recommendations. As well as exclusive offers and discounts on selected OVO products and services.
Eligible customers can access Beyond immediately. New customers will gain access after ninety (90) days from their supply start date.
Customers currently in the process of switching away from OVO, or who have recently informed us of their departure will not have access to OVO Beyond.
No, you won’t be charged to join or use Beyond or to download the app. It’s completely free for OVO customers.
No, this isn’t a financial product. Beyond is part of the OVO app where you can find ways to save money as well as bank savings towards green tech and green home updates.
No, you can be on any OVO tariff and get access to Beyond, as long as you download the OVO app and meet the eligibility criteria detailed below:
What is the eligibility criteria for Beyond?
Beyond is available to all OVO Energy customers who meet the following criteria:
- Have a Smart Meter installed
- Pay monthly by Direct Debit
- Have a credit meter – Pay As You Go customers currently not eligible for Beyond
Customers may not be eligible for every Beyond offer, and not every offer may be shown as available to them in the OVO Energy App.

Our Energy Experts come to your home to do a full assessment so they can advise how best you can save energy, and make any energy-saving improvements.
You’ll get a personalised Home Health Report as well as tailored follow-up advice on saving energy and money at home. You'll also get a brand new Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
Energy Expert visits are discounted for Beyond customers.
Power Move is a challenge that’s free to join for eligible OVO customers. It rewards you for greener habits at home.
When you use your home energy at greener times of the day, you’ll get money off your energy bills – and it helps to take pressure off the grid.
You can join a Power Move challenge if you’re an OVO pay monthly customer with a smart meter that’s sending half-hourly readings. If you haven't already, you can easily switch to half-hourly reads through your online account.
We often set new challenges. But the goal is always to move your energy use to times of the day when the grid is greener.
