What's included in our boiler service
Your engineer will perform a number of checks when completing the boiler service. These include:
- A visual inspection of your boiler
- Identifying any faults by firing up your boiler safely
- Checking the flue and ventilation meet Gas Safety Regulations
- Checking and adjusting the system pressure
After each service you'll get a proof of service summary showing you what's been checked.

After a tricky start which was due to previous supplier, OVO went above and beyond to resolve my problem. Sorted within a few hours of contact. Customer service was second to non. I was telephoned every step of the way and they followed up emails. Very happy I switched. Great tarriff too. Definitely recommend switching
