Meter accuracy testing

  • Electricity single phase: £198

  • Electricity three phase (including change of meter): £432

  • Gas: £198

Changing the position of your meter

  • Electricity single phase: £166

  • Electricity three phase (including change of meter): £432

  • Gas: up to £192

Disconnection or reconnection of your supply

  • De-energise electricity: £118

  • Remove electricity single phase: £141

  • Remove electricity poly phase: £199

Late payment of overdue energy bill

Fee: £15

Site welfare visit for debt collection purposes

Site visit fee: £36

Planning of rights of entry warrant for non payment of energy bills

Planning fee: £50

Execution of rights of entry warrant

Including installation of prepayment meters for non payment of energy bills. Attendance fee: £100

Suspension, permanent disconnection and reconnection of the supply for theft of energy

Minimum fee: £150 (Additional fees may apply depending on circumstances and previous offences)

Based on historical energy usage and period of theft

Legal fees

Costs associated with legal action will vary depending on the value of any claim brought against you, if we choose to take action to recover unpaid energy bills.
