No, you only need the OVO Charge app for your home and public charging.
If you have the Charge Anytime app, please download the OVO Charge app from your app store and follow the in-app steps to link your account. You can download it here.
All your settings (like your set charging times and history) will carry over.
If you’re a Charge Anytime customer logging in to OVO Charge for the first time, you’ll need to create a new app account and then link your Charge Anytime account. You can do this in the Home tab of the app.
In most cases, no. Your vehicle and charger details will be automatically transferred when you link your account. If there’s anything else we need you to do, we’ll let you know by email or in the app.
You don’t have to be an OVO customer to use Charge Anywhere within the OVO Charge app. This means you can access over 50,000 UK chargers and more that 400,000 across Europe - and get up to 15% off each charge - without needing to have OVO as an energy provider.
Charge Anytime, our home charging option, can be added to any OVO energy plan for free. You do need to be an OVO customer to use Charge Anytime - find out more about getting Charge Anytime here.
