Charge Anytime - Monthly Plans Reward Offer

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the ‘Monthly Plans Reward Offer’ (the “Offer”). These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the Charge Anytime terms, OVO Charge App terms and OVO Charge Anywhere terms which cover our Charge Anytime product.

The Promoter of this Offer is OVO Energy Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06890795 and whose registered office is at Floor 5, Crescent, Temple Back, Redcliffe, BS1 6EZ (“OVO”, “we”).

1. About this Offer

1.1 The Monthly Plans Reward Offer is available to existing Charge Anytime Pay As You Go customers who have been sent information about the Offer and signed up to a Charge Anytime Monthly Plan between 1 April and 30 April 2026 (the “Offer Period”). 

The Offer will give eligible customers a £4.50 voucher for every month you remain on a Charge Anytime Monthly Plan up to a maximum of 6 months. You can redeem the voucher at a selection of retailers including Cafe Nero, Costa, Greggs, M&S, Starbucks and Waitrose. The voucher will be sent by email every month you stay on a Monthly Plan up to a maximum of 6 months. The total maximum rewards you can receive is 6 vouchers. See section 2 below for more details on how the voucher works.

1.2 To be eligible to receive a voucher the you must:

a) Switch from Charge Anytime Pay As You Go and sign up to a Charge Anytime Monthly Plan within the Offer Period; and

b) Remain on a Charge Anytime Monthly Plan throughout the duration of the 6 month period following sign up. You may switch between Monthly Plans but will no longer be eligible to receive a voucher if you switch back to Pay as You Go, remove the Charge Anytime add-on or leave OVO;

c) Principally charge your EV at the address registered on your OVO Energy account;

2. How the voucher works

2.1 A voucher will be sent by email for every month you remain on a Charge Anytime Monthly Plan up to a maximum of 6 months. Vouchers will be sent to the email address linked to your OVO account. The first voucher will be sent within 7 days of signing up to a Monthly Plan. Each following voucher will be sent to you within 7 days of the monthly anniversary date you signed up to a Monthly Plan (for example if you sign up on 10 April, we will send your first voucher by 17 April and your next voucher by 17 May). If you switch back to Pay As You Go, remove Charge Anytime or leave OVO before the monthly anniversary of signing up to a Monthly Plan you will no longer be eligible to receive a voucher.

2.2 Each voucher will have an expiry date which will be 30 days from the day we send it to you. If you do not redeem the voucher you will lose it and you cannot use a voucher after its expiry date. 

2.3 The vouchers are provided by our third party partners and may be subject to separate terms and conditions. Please remember to read these carefully before both participating in the Offer and redeeming your voucher.

3. Offer Eligibility

3.1 This Offer is only open to you if:

a) you are an existing Charge Anytime Pay As You Go customer who has received an email with information about the offer;

b) you meet the eligibility criteria for Monthly Plans outlined in the Charge Anytime terms;

c) you sign up to the offer and a Charge Anytime Monthly Plan during the Offer Period;

d) your electricity is supplied for domestic use only.  This Offer is not available with commercial or workplace electrical supply;

e) the property that OVO supplies where you will charge your EV is located in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland); 

f) you remain on supply with OVO;

g) you continue to comply with the OVO Core Terms, Charge Anytime terms and OVO Charge app terms;

h) you charge your EV at home in accordance with the fair usage policy (see section 4 below for details).

3.2 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in paragraph 3.1 above, you will not be eligible for the Offer, but your energy supply contract will be unaffected. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract should you wish to do so. Please note that termination fees may apply.

4. Fair usage policy

You agree to principally charge your EV at the address registered on your OVO Energy account. If OVO reasonably suspects you're not behaving within this policy, we reserve the right to remove the offer, having attempted to contact you first.

5. Data Sharing

5.2 We will share your name and email address with our partner giftcloud to provide the vouchers to you. They will process the data in accordance with their privacy policy at https://www.giftcloud.com/privacy

6. Other 

6.1 If you want to switch to a different supplier or cancel Charge Anytime, you will no longer be eligible to claim the Offer and you may need to pay any exit fees associated with your home energy tariff. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract.

6.2 We reserve the right to remove or temporarily suspend the Offer if, in our reasonable opinion, we suspect any breach of these rules, the Charge Anytime terms or our Core Terms. 

6.3 If you are ineligible for the Offer for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel any future credits and recover any credit already awarded.

6.4 We reserve the right to amend these Terms on reasonable notice. Any amendments will be published on OVO's website.

6.5 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offer to new participants at any point.

6.6 In the event that for reasons beyond our reasonable control we are unable to administer the Offer, or we deem it appropriate to do so (in our reasonable discretion), we reserve the right to award an alternative of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at our sole discretion, the cash value of the Offer.

6.7 These Terms are subject to English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England unless you’re a resident of Scotland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
