Submitting your meter readings
We've been improving the 'Submit a meter reading' page in My Ovo so added a note here to let you know this page would soon be removed. Now these changes have been made meter readings can no longer be submitted here. Why not visit My Ovo today and add your meter readings there?Not sure how to do it? Follow these simple steps!
Log in to your My Ovo account at my.ovoenergy.com using your My Ovo ID, which can be found on your statement, and password.
If you’re logging in for the first time, you’ll need to click the ‘I don’t know my password’ link and we’ll email you details on how to create one.
Once you’ve logged in, simply click on the ‘submit a meter reading’ tab and add your meter readings there.
