How do I activate the emergency credit?
To activate the emergency credit, put your card or key into the meter. You might need to remove the card or key and reinsert it again.
If emergency credit is available for your gas meter, insert your gas card and you’ll be prompted to activate it. To do this, press button A.
If the meter is saying ‘OFF’, insert your card and the meter will prompt you to hold button A, then release button A and this will turn the gas back on.
If you have a traditional meter
