How do I keep track with the OVO Energy app on Smart PAYG+?

Once you’ve downloaded our OVO Energy app and registered your bank card, you can see what’s going on with your energy – anytime, anywhere.

You can keep tabs on your account activity and update your details whenever you want with the OVO Energy app. It’s free to download at Apple App Store or Google Play.

Keep track of your usage

You can view your daily, weekly and monthly usage to keep on top of how much you’re spending. Here’s how:

  1. Once you’re logged in, tap ‘Usage’ from the menu.
  2. Choose how you want to view your info by clicking ‘Daily’, ‘Weekly’ or ‘Monthly’.

Update your details

You can update your payment card details, change your account password, turn your email and SMS notifications on and off. And set the phone number or email address you’d like the messages to be sent to. Here’s how:

  1. Tap ‘Account’.
  2. Then tap your details to change them.

Smart PAYG+ is a flexible way to top up when you have a smart meter. You can be anywhere in the world (so long as you’re connected to the internet) and stay in control of your energy via the app, text, or online. What’s more, you can top up the old way at PayPoint outlets too.

Once you’ve had your smart meter installed, you just need a bank card to get started.
