Once you are an OVO customer, here’s how to get your 2 hours of electricity every week
Unlock Beyond
Download the OVO app to go Beyond. You’ll just need to have a smart meter and pay by Direct Debit.
Sign up for free power
In our app, choose the “Offers” tab and opt in for 2 hours of free electricity.
Pick your 2 hours
You’ll be able to pick your time slots in the app each week – until 2 August.
Get the credit back
Any electricity you use during that time will be added to next month’s bill as credit.
Important to know
1 2 hours need to be selected weekly, smart meter, smartphone & app required. Payable as energy credit. Offer applies for home energy use only. EV charger, in-home battery or heat pump consumption excluded. A consumption limit of 1kWh per hour applies. Available from 18 May until 2 August 2026. Terms apply.
