By signing this declaration you confirm that:

• Your installation is an eligible technology under the Feed-in Tariff (FiT) Scheme.
• You’ve received confirmation from us that your FiT installation has been successfully added to the Central FiT Register.
• You’ve received your FiT Plan information (part of your welcome letter).
• You agree to the FiT Statement of Terms.
• Your installation is fully fitted and functional.
• Your technology is connected to the electricity supply and has a working meter fitted.
• You do not receive Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) payments for this installation.
