1. About this Offer
Customers with Beyond are eligible to redeem rewards through various partners between June and August 2025. OVO Beyond Terms and Conditions can be found here.
Each month there will be one limited availability reward offered on a first come first served basis and one discounted offer. Rewards and discount offers will be refreshed each month. Some rewards will be subject to single use.
Rewards are subject to availability and additional terms and conditions of Reward Partners. And, for certain rewards, you’ll be required to register with the relevant Reward Partner and to provide additional information to them.
All customers who have claimed a Reward will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
To be eligible for this offer you must:
- be an OVO Energy customer on any electricity only or dual fuel fixed tariff or on our standard variable tariff (not available to pre-payment customers or pre-payment customers);
- have downloaded the OVO Energy app;
- have signed up to OVO Beyond
- comply at all times with these Terms and our Core Terms.
2. How to claim rewards
- Tap the offer tile in the offers section of Beyond to get your unique reward claim code and claim URL.
- Register your claim on the promotional reward website using your name, email address and unique reward claim code.
- Once your claim is validated, you will receive via email instructions to claim your reward and relevant voucher or reward code (this will vary depending on the type of offer and associated claim partner)
- Offer is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of the partner you are redeeming with - Papa Johns Pizza, Cineworld, Costa Coffee, Dining Network
Each reward will have their own timeframe to claim after which point the offer will no longer be valid.

3. Individual Offer Terms

- The eVoucher can be redeemed for one ticket in cinema at the box office or online at www.cineworld.com. A booking fee per ticket applies for online bookings.
- Your eVoucher may be exchanged for one Adult ticket to watch any standard 2D film screening at any Cineworld Cinema as listed at https://www.cineworld.co.uk/,excluding Cineworld Leicester Square.
- Not valid for Recliner Seating 2D screens. An uplift fee is applicable for 3D, IMAX, 4DX, Superscreen and ScreenX. Additional cost for 3D glasses apply. Not valid for Special Unlimited Screenings, Special Advance Screenings, Movies for Juniors or ViP/premium seating. Not valid for Event Cinema.
- If you make a booking and later cancel, we can’t provide replacement vouchers, a refund or alter your booking.
- Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply – ID may be required, and other relevant standard terms and conditions including Cineworld’s general admission terms apply (https://www.cineworld.co.uk/terms/in-cinema).
- This eVoucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

- Discounts shall be delivered via an e-commerce website (“Website”) operated by SPARK Marketing Services Limited (“SPARK”) through which OVO Energy customers may purchase eVouchers. E-vouchers can be exchanged at Cineworld Cinemas in the UK for tickets and food and beverages, in accordance with the specific terms and conditions of each eVoucher.
- By accessing and using the website you agree to these terms and those listed on the website, you’ll need to agree to at the point of registration.

Costa Coffee

- The value of each Costa Coffee eGift card will be to the value of £4.
- Each Costa Coffee eGift must be accessed within 30 days of issue. The card will expire after 30 days if not accessed. Once you have clicked the link in your email and claimed the eGift, the card itself will remain valid for two years. If spent in store, the remaining balance is shown on your printed till receipt.
- eGift cards cannot be stacked and a maximum of £4 can be used at any 1 time.
- The Costa Coffee eGift card is not for re-sale, has no cash value, cannot be auctioned or exchanged and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Cannot be used to pay for Costa Coffee retail products or outstanding card balances, to buy another gift card, eGift card, or to pay Clearpay instalments. The Costa Coffee eGift card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Unused, expired and redeemed Costa Coffee eGift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. - The Costa Coffee eGift cards can’t be used at Costa Coffee Express locations. The Costa Coffee eGift cards can be used at participating Costa Coffee outlets in England, Scotland and Wales.
- They may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the amount on the Costa Coffee eGift card, on payment of the difference.

National Dining Network
Claim period: 2 June 2025 – 1 September 2025

- You may browse restaurants on the promotional website and choose the venue you’d like to redeem your voucher.
- Upon claiming your reward, you will be emailed your QR code voucher to use in-restaurant. The voucher will also include a unique code printed underneath for phone orders. You can present your voucher and unique code on a smart phone or printed for the participating venue to scan and validate at point of payment.
- You must spend a minimum of £20 at the restaurant in order to redeem the voucher. Minimum spend excludes alcohol.
- Each participating restaurant may be subject to their own specific terms and conditions. Please see the ‘Read More’ page for the restaurant in question.
- It will be at the restaurant’s discretion if the National Dining Network offer may be used in conjunction with any other offers running at the time of this promotion.
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with third party delivery partners such as, but not limited to, Just Eat, Deliveroo & Uber Eats.
- Maximum one voucher per transaction. Maximum one voucher per dining group.
- You may be required by the restaurant to provide proof of age if your order contains alcoholic beverages.
- The offer is limited to one voucher per person

4. General Offer Terms
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and claiming their reward. The Promoter and Administrator cannot be held responsible for customers failing to supply accurate information which affects their claim or fulfilment of their reward.
Any additional costs which may be incurred in claiming the rewards, such as internet costs and other additional services that go beyond those described services for reward fulfilment are not included in the reward and must be paid by customers separately.
A customer’s reward claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) they:
- Are not an eligible customer;
- Have not claimed your reward within the allotted deadline;
- Have not used the reward within the allotted deadline following the conditions specified;
- Have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions and corresponding partner Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter or the Administrator.
Neither the Promoter nor the Administrator, nor its associated companies, will be responsible or liable to compensate the customer, or accept any liability, for any personal loss, expense or damage in connection with claiming, accepting or using the reward except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

The Promoter and Administrator will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose. The Administrator is responsible for fulfilling the reward. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion by the Administrator will only be used for validation of claims and for the fulfilment with your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential. Data will be held in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and will be stored for up to 6 months from the campaign end date, after which it will be deleted. If a customer opts in to receive future communication information from TLC Marketing, their email address will be saved to a secure database held by TLC Marketing Worldwide UK Ltd.
