Charge Anytime - Charge Anywhere Light Boost Offer
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in the 3 Months Free Light Boost offer (the “Offer”). These Terms are supplemental to the Charge Anywhere terms which cover our Charge Anywhere product and the OVO Core Terms if you get your energy supply from us.
The Promoter of this Offer is Bonnet Limited, trading as OVO and incorporated in England and Wales under company number 12281063 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (“OVO”, “we”).
1. About this Offer
1.1 Eligible customers who sign up to Charge Anywhere can receive a free 3 month ‘Light Boost’ subscription worth £2 per month. The Offer runs between 1 May 2025 and 31 August 2025 (the “Offer Period”). At the end of the 3 month period you will be charged the standard rate for Light Boost unless you cancel.
2. How to Redeem
To redeem this Offer you must create an OVO Charge account and sign up to or currently subscribe to any Charge Anywhere subscription. You’ll be given a unique promo code to enter in the OVO Charge app to claim your discount. If you are an existing Charge Anywhere subscriber the discount will be applied to your next month’s subscription fee.
- Download OVO Charge app
- Sign-in or create an account. If you are creating an account, enter your promo code on the sign-up screen. If you sign up with Apple or Google, a pop-up will appear for you to enter your unique code. If you are an existing OVO Charge or Bonnet customer, you can add your code later by going to Settings > Promotions.
- Activate your account by entering your payment details and validating your email address.
- Hit the road and get charging.
3. Eligibility
3.1 This Offer is only open to you if:
- you’re an existing Charge Anytime Ohme customer who has been notified of compatibility removal and have received a Charge Anywhere unique discount code.
- you sign up to Charge Anywhere during the Offer Period subject to you meeting the eligibility criteria set out in the Charge Anywhere terms and sign up to any subscription;
- you’re a new or existing Charge Anywhere customer;
- your electricity is supplied for domestic use only. This Offer is not available with commercial or workplace electrical supply;
- the property where you will charge your EV is located in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland); and
- you continue to comply with the Charge Anywhere Terms and all other terms which govern your relationship with OVO.
3.2 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in paragraph 3.1 above, you will not be eligible for the Offer. If you are an OVO energy customer, your energy supply contract will not be affected. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract should you wish to do so. Please note that termination fees may apply.
4. Data Sharing
4.1 Your legal rights in relation to your personal information and the way in which we process your personal data will be in line with our Privacy Policy which you can find at www.joinbonnet.com/privacy-policy.
5. Other
5.1 If you cancel Charge Anywhere, you’ll no longer be eligible to claim the Offer and you may need to pay any exit fees associated with your plan.
5.2 We reserve the right to remove or temporarily suspend the Offer if, in our reasonable opinion, we suspect any breach of these rules, the Charge Anywhere terms, or our Core Terms.
5.3 If we deem, in our discretion, that a participant is ineligible for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel or recover any credit already awarded.
5.4 We reserve the right to amend these offer terms on reasonable notice. Any amendments will be published on OVO's website.
5.5 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offer to new participants at any point.
5.6 In the event that for reasons beyond our reasonable control we are unable to award the offer, or we deem it appropriate to do so (in its reasonable discretion), we reserve the right to award an alternative of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at our sole discretion, the cash value of the offer.
5.7 These Terms are subject to English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England unless you’re a resident of Scotland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
