Annual Boiler Service - Home Move Box Offer - Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to the Annual Boiler Service offer (the Offer). Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with this offer.

1.2 These Terms only relate to this Offer and are separate to the Annual Boiler Service Terms and Conditions. For full details of what is included in the Annual Boiler Service please see here.

2. What is the offer?

This Offer entitles Home Box Move recipients to receive an Annual Boiler Service for free. Our Annual Boiler Service is a one-off boiler service which the customer usually pays for in 12 monthly instalments. For full details of what is included in the Annual Boiler Service please see here. To take advantage of the Offer you will need to sign up for a 12 month Annual Boiler Service contract and provide payment details in order to set up a Direct Debit, but you will not be charged a monthly fee in the first 12 months. You will only start to be charged if you do not cancel your Annual Boiler Service contract before it automatically renews (see clause 3.1 below for details).

3. How it Works

3.1 Your Annual Boiler Service contract is for twelve (12) months. After this period your contract will automatically renew for a further twelve (12) months unless you cancel before your renewal date by contacting us on 0330 102 8905 or emailing [email protected]. Please note that when your Annual Boiler Service product renews it will no longer be subject to the discount applied as a part of this Offer and you'll pay the full product price which applies at the time. You will receive a renewal notice detailing the price as well as the plan details, at least 14 days before your contract renews.

3.2 You won’t be able to combine this Offer with any other offer on this product.

3.3 These Offer Terms (and the agreement between us) will come into effect once you've (i) met our Eligibility Criteria (see section 4 below); (ii) correctly selected and confirmed this Offer; (iii) and received confirmation from us accepting your order for our Annual Boiler Service offer. If we've accepted your order for our Annual Boiler Service offer, we'll send you a welcome email (to the email address you provide to us or by letter if this has been agreed with you) confirming your order and provide you with other relevant information regarding the Annual Boiler Service. If, for any reason, we’re unable to accept your order, we'll contact you to let you know why.

4. Eligibility

4.1 To be eligible for this Offer you will need to:

- have received a Home Move Box with an offer insert containing a personalised Offer code;

- be over 18 years old; and

- be a new Annual Boiler Service customer. Please note that if you already have a CORGI HomePlan or OVO boiler cover or OVO Annual Boiler Service or CORGI Annual Boiler Service product, you'll not be able to redeem this Offer.

4.2 You will also need to be eligible for the Annual Boiler Service product which has its own eligibility criteria including that:

- you must be a homeowner (offer is not available to landlords or tenants)

- you must have a gas boiler which is:

  • connected to mains gas;
  • a make of boiler we cover (determined during the application process); and
  • 18 years old or under.

We don’t provide services for liquefied petroleum gas, oil fired, solid fuel or electric boilers and heating systems, back boilers or dual-purpose boilers such as AGA or Rayburn 3 or central heating and/or controls specifically designed for piped or electric underfloor systems.

- you must live in mainland UK (we do not cover Northern Ireland or the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man)

5. How to redeem this Offer

5.1 In order to take advantage of this Offer you will need to call us on 0330 102 8244 quoting the promotion code on the card included in your Home Move Box.

5.2 Only one offer per household may be redeemed.

6. Your Right to Cancel

You can cancel your Annual Boiler Service within 14 days from the day after you received your confirmation email or at any time thereafter. As part of this Offer, you have the right to cancel the Annual Boiler Service contract at any time with no cost to you in the first 12 months. If you decide to renew your Annual Boiler Service contract after the first 12 months and then cancel, cancellation charges will apply. Full details of these cancellation charges will be set out in the Annual Boiler Service terms and conditions sent with your renewal documentation. If you want to cancel please contact 0330 102 8905.

7. Changes to the offer or these Terms

7.1 We can make changes to these Terms and our Annual Boiler Service product at any time. These changes may include, but are not limited to withdrawing or making changes to our Annual Boiler Service and/or this Offer.

7.2 This Offer is subject to availability. Should this Offer be taken up by more customers than promotional Home Move Boxes distributed, then we may withdraw this Offer.

9. General

9.1 We will not be liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of your participation in this Offer save where such loss or damage cannot be excluded by law.

9.2 Unless agreed otherwise by us, the law and court jurisdiction that applies to this agreement is the one that applies to the part of the UK where your home address (as stated in your welcome or renewal letter) is situated.
