Path To Zero: Energy Experts – offer terms and conditions

1. These additional terms apply to the Path to Zero offer (the Offer Terms) where certain customers can receive an OVO Energy Experts visit for a discounted price of £25 (the Offer). Usual price is £100, actual saving is £75.
2. The Offer will run from 1 September 2023. 
3. The Offer is open to existing OVO Energy customers who meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 5 of the standard OVO Energy Experts Terms and Conditions. This includes that you must be the homeowner of the property and live in one of the areas we cover. 
4. Once you have booked an OVO Energy Experts visit, if you can no longer accommodate your appointment time  you’re able to reschedule your appointment if required and still be eligible for this Offer discount (subject to clause 3.3) which includes providing us a  minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. 
5. Appointments may be subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Offer and these Offer Terms at any time.
