Skoda 3 Months Free Light Boost Subscription Offer Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the offer where eligible Skoda customers can get an OVO Charge Anywhere ‘Light Boost’ subscription free for three months (the “Offer”).
The Promoter of this Offer is Bonnet Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 12281063 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (“OVO”, “we”).
1. About this Offer
Eligible customers will receive a voucher code which entitles them to their first three months of Light Boost for free. Customers will be automatically charged the full monthly price of the Light Boost subscription from month four onwards.
Light Boost offers a 10% discount on our network of Charge Point Operator’s pay-as-you-go tariffs.
To redeem the Offer you will need to download the OVO Charge app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and create an account then enter your voucher code to receive your first three month’s Light Boost subscription for free. Value of the offerYou will be charged the relevant monthly fee for Light Boost from month 4 onwards.
You may cancel your Light Boost subscription at any time in accordance with the Charge Anywhere Terms. You won't be able to benefit from this Offer again if you resubscribe after cancelling. This Offer may only be redeemed once per customer.
This offer is valid from 27th June until September 30, 2024.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This Offer is only open to you if:
- You have downloaded the OVO Charge app and created an account;
- You have provided valid payment details; and
- You are a resident in the UK or Germany
2.2 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in paragraph 2.1 above, you will not be eligible for the Offer.
3. General
3.1 The discount may only be used once per account holder, is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There’s no cash or other alternative unless otherwise stated in these Terms.
3.2 We reserve the right to remove or temporarily suspend the Offer if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with these Terms, the Charge Anywhere Terms or our Core Terms.
3.3 If we deem in our discretion that any customer is ineligible for the Offer for any reason (including where they have breached these Terms or our Core Terms), we reserve the right to cancel the award of the Offer or recover a value equal to any discount already awarded.
3.4 We reserve the right to amend these Terms on reasonable notice. Updated terms can be found in the App.
3.5 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice prior to any detrimental change to the Offer.
3.6 In the event that for reasons beyond our reasonable control we are unable to award the discount, or we deem it appropriate to do so (in its reasonable discretion), we reserve the right to award an alternative of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at our sole discretion, the cash value of the Offer.
3.7 These Terms are subject to English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England unless you’re a resident of Scotland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in Scotland
