Solar Feedback Survey Competition T&Cs



  1. The prize draw closes at 12:00 on 14 November 2024. Entries received after this time and date won't be considered.
  2. Entrants must complete and submit their details via the online survey to be entered into the prize draw. Only one entry is permitted per person.
  3. The prize draw will take place via randomised computer process on 14 November 2024, with results announced no later than 15 November 2024.
  4. The winner will be selected at random from valid entries. 
  5. Three customers will win a £50 Amazon e-gift voucher. If you're a winner you'll be notified by email. 
  6. Vouchers will be sent to the email address provided upon entry. It’s your responsibility to make sure that the details you provide are correct. 
  7. Vouchers will be subject to Amazon’s voucher T&Cs and should be redeemed by the date given on the voucher. OVO accepts no liability for any products purchased using the voucher or any services to you provided by Amazon.
  8. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. No part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. OVO reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent prize without notice.
  9. OVO reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the prize draw without prior notice.
  10. OVO’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. OVO accepts no liability for lost entries. OVO accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this prize draw. This includes any technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to take part in the prize draw.  
  12. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OVO accepts no liability for any loss suffered by the winner as a result of their participation in the prize draw and/or arising out of the winner's enjoyment of the prize.
  13. OVO reserves the right to exclude any entries at its complete discretion. This includes those entries which OVO believes to be fraudulent, or based on misconduct.
  14. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to the personal data they supply being used by OVO to administer the prize draw.
  15. Anyone directly connected with the operation of the prize draw is not permitted to enter.
  16. This prize draw and these terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.
  17. Prize draw results and the names of the prize winners will be available after 15 November 2024 by emailing [email protected].
