VWG Employee Energy Offer Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) relate to the VWG Employee Energy Offer (the “Offer”) and are supplemental to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you. Together these terms along with any other terms which may form part of your plan with us form your agreement with us.

In these Terms:

“OVO”, “we”, “us” is OVO Energy Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06890795 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED, the Promoter of this Offer;

“Cooling Off Period” means the period which ends 14 days from the day after the date that your contract is agreed during which you can change your mind and cancel your contract;

“VWG” is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 514809 trading as Volkswagen Passenger Cars UK, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles UK, SEAT UK, CUPRA UK, Škoda UK and Audi UK, whose registered address is at Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN; and 

“You” is the person who has signed up to the Offer.

1. About the Offer

1.1 The VWG Employee Energy Offer (the “Offer”) is available to new and existing OVO customers who are employees of Volkswagen Group UK Ltd or one of its group companies. Eligible individuals who apply for the offer will receive a one-off bill credit of £100 applied to their energy account. 

2. Eligibility

2.1 You will only be eligible for this Offer if:

  • you are an employee of:

    • Volkswagen Group UK Ltd
    • Volkswagen Financial Services UK
    • SEAT UK
    • CUPRA UK
    • Škoda UK 
    • Audi UK

  • you are either an existing OVO customer or you sign up to OVO before claiming the Offer and remain on supply with OVO after your Cooling Off Period;

  • you continue to comply with these Terms and the Core Terms.

    2.2 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in paragraph 2.1 above, you will not be eligible for the Offer, but your energy supply contract will be unaffected. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract should you wish to do so. Please note that termination fees may apply.

    2.3 You may only redeem this Offer once per Energy Account.

    2.4 To redeem this Offer, you will need to provide us with your VWG employee email address, through an online application form, accessible from the Offer Webpage. Once redeemed, we will apply your credit to your account within 60 days.

3. Where we can end or suspend this Offer

3.1 We reserve the right to remove or temporarily suspend the Offers if, in our reasonable opinion, we suspect any breach of these rules, or our Core Terms. 

3.2 If we deem in our discretion that a participant is ineligible for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel or recover any credit already awarded.

3.3 We reserve the right to amend the Offer or withdraw the Offer to new participants at any time.

4. Changes to these Terms

4.1 We reserve the right to amend these offer terms on reasonable notice. Any amendments will be made aware to you as VWG employees.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England unless you’re a resident of Scotland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
