If all goes well and they sign up, you’ll get a lovely reward – and so will they. You’ll know if your friend has signed up as we’ll email you telling you the good news.
Just so you know, Mention Me is the company helping us run the Refer a Friend scheme – so look out for an email from email@example.com. Don’t worry, though, it will all be OVO branded so you’ll recognise it’s from us.
You can also keep track of your referrals in your Refer a Friend dashboard. You can either go straight to My OVO or look at the bottom of the email you received when you signed up for our Refer a Friend scheme.
If you can’t get into your account, you might need to set a new password. Here’s how to do it:
Click ‘Set a new password’
Type in your My OVO ID and email address
Now click ‘Set new password’
Go to your email inbox, we’ll have sent you a temporary password (be quick, it only lasts 30 mins)
Click the link in the email, then choose a new password
Finally, click ‘Continue on My OVO’ – and you’re in
Now you’ve started, don’t stop referring. You can refer as many friends as you like, and you’ll get a reward for every person that signs up.
