Why does OVO offer a discount for online account management?

We like to play fair at OVO; when we save, you save. That’s why we give you a discount if you manage your account online.

By managing your account online we can cut our admin costs – and save a lot of paper. It’s good news all round, especially as we pass the savings on to you as an online account management discount.

At the moment, the online account management discount is £60 a year if you get both gas and electricity from us. If you get just one fuel, it’s £30.

If you haven’t signed up for it yet, all you need to do is visit My OVO. Log in, and look for the button that says ‘Save £60’ – you’ll be signed up in seconds.

Once you’ve opted in, take control to keep saving. That means visiting My OVO to:

  • Give your meter readings
  • Set up reminders to give meter readings
  • View statements
  • See how much energy you’re using
  • Manage your Direct Debit
  • Change your My OVO login details
  • Keep your email address up-to-date
  • Renew your plan with us
  • Change your contact preferences
