Most people choose to pay by Standard Direct Debit, one month in advance.
You can also pay in cash* or by cheque in arrears if you are on our Simpler energy plan. If you choose to pay in arrears we may need to ask you for a one-off security deposit equivalent to two months’ bill.
As of Friday 20th January 2017, we no longer offer the option to pay via Flexible Direct Debit.
If you like more control over what you’re spending, Smart Pay As You Go options might work better for you. You can pay in cash at a PayPoint, online, by text, or by setting up a regular payment with your bank.
*'By cash' refers to paying via paying-in slip at your bank.
