To make sure you're always on top of your energy spending and staying within your budget, you need to understand your OVO energy bills and statements. This will ensure you're fully aware of what you're being charged and exactly what you're paying for.


In this section you'll find all kinds of information, including how to find your way around your OVO statement and where to find a copy of your latest OVO bill.

It also includes an explanation of Statements on demand and how they work. If you think they sound like a good thing, remember - they're only suitable if you're prepared to give us regular meter readings. If you miss three payments in a row we'll have to switch you back to normal monthly email statements.
