How do I get a copy of my statement?

Every statement will be waiting for you in My OVO, even if you didn’t receive one by email or in the post.

At OVO, we like most people to get paperless statements as it’s better for the environment – and it’s cheaper for you (paper statements cost £5 every quarter if you get our Online Discount).
Unless you’ve specifically asked for paper statements, we’ll email them to you. You can choose to have them attached to the email, or as a link which takes you through to My OVO.
You can get statements every month (your account will be automatically set this way) or every quarter.

How can I get a copy of my statement?

Whether you get paperless or paper statements, we’ll always put a copy of each one in My OVO and the OVO Energy app for you.
