We work hard to keep our prices as low and as fair as we can – for everyone.
For example, we don’t offer special deals that are only for new customers, because we’d need to subsidise them by making our loyal, long-term customers pay more.
When you ask us for a quote, we’ll offer you the same unit rates that we’re offering all new customers on that date, based on the wholesale prices that we’re currently paying for electricity and gas.
That means we don’t ‘price match’ offers made by other energy suppliers. We would rather give everyone the best deal we can. Then, when you renew with us for a second year, you won’t get any nasty surprises – because, just as we did when you joined us, we’ll offer you a fair rate based on whatever we’re paying for wholesale gas and electricity. That might even mean you end up paying less when you renew with us, if wholesale prices have fallen during the year.
We check our prices regularly and update our unit rates to reflect any changes in the costs of supplying energy to our customers. This cost-reflective pricing is the basis of our promise to our customers that the deal we offer you will always be fair, transparent and as competitive as possible.
