Tado Acquisition Discount Offer Terms

  1. This offer (the “Offer”) entitles eligible customers who sign up to our dual fuel 2 year fixed tariff directly with OVO Energy via our website at www.ovoenergy.com between 28th July 2021 and 31st August 2021 (subject to section 5) (the “Offer Period”) to purchase a Tado Smart Thermostat for the discounted price of £30. 
  2. You will pay for the Tado in 12 equal, interest free monthly instalments of £2.50 which will be added to your monthly bill and taken from your monthly Direct Debit. You do not have the option to pay for the Tado upfront as part of this Offer.
  3. This Offer is available on wireless Tado Smart Thermostats only and does not include professional installation. The device will be posted to you for you to install yourself. See here for details on how to install your Tado.
  4. Your tado will only be dispatched once you come on gas supply with OVO.
  5. The Offer is available to new OVO customers only and is not open to existing customers, PAYG customers or customers of any other brands owned by the OVO Group including Boost. This offer is also not available to new OVO customers who are moving into a property that is already on supply with OVO. To benefit from this Offer you must live in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).
  6. This Offer is available to the first 500 customers who sign up to our dual fuel 2 year fixed tariff directly with OVO Energy via our website, once this cap is reached the Offer will end which may be before 31st August 2021.
  7. To be eligible for the Offer you must request a switch to OVO 2 year fixed tariff within the Offer Period and both your gas and electricity switch must be completed within 3 months thereafter. 
  8. Your Tado will be dispatched within 10 days of the completion of your switch to OVO and your first monthly installment will be added to your first monthly bill. Where both your electricity and gas supplies are being transferred, the Tado will be dispatched only after gas has been transferred to OVO. If you cancel your switch to OVO within your cooling off period (14 calendar days from the date you requested the switch) then the Tado will not be sent to you and you will not be charged.
