Tado Acquisition Discount Offer Terms

What is the offer?
- This offer (the “Offer”) entitles eligible customers who sign up to our dual fuel 2 year fixed tariff directly with OVO Energy via our website at www.ovoenergy.com to purchase a Tado Smart Thermostat for the discounted price of £60.
- This Offer is available on wireless Tado Smart Thermostats only and does not include professional installation. The device will be posted to you for you to install yourself. See here for details on how to install your Tado.
Who is eligible?
- New OVO customers - The Offer is available to new OVO customers only and is not open to existing customers, PAYG customers or customers of any other brands owned by the OVO Group including SSE, Swalec, Boost and Spark.
- Property already on supply - The Offer is not available to new OVO customers who are moving into a property that is already on supply with OVO.
- Complete your switch - To be eligible for the Offer you must request a dual fuel switch to OVO’s 2 year fixed tariff and both your gas and electricity switch must be completed within 3 months thereafter.
Do any other terms apply?
- This document is specific to the Offer only (to purchase a Tado from us for the discounted price of £60). Other terms also apply - please see the Tadoº Smart Thermostat terms and conditions which include important information about your purchase of a Tado Smart Thermostat. If there is any difference between what we say in these Offer terms and conditions and the Tadoº Smart Thermostat terms, what we say in these terms takes priority.
When will I receive my Tado?
- Your Tado will be dispatched within 10 days of the completion of your switch to OVO. Where both your electricity and gas supplies are being transferred, the Tado will be dispatched only after both your electricity and gas has been transferred to OVO. Sometimes we are not able to start supplying your gas or electricity. If your electricity and/or gas transfer to OVO is not successful, we will not send you a Tado (and you will not be charged).
Paying for your Tado
- You will pay for your Tado in accordance with the “Paying by installments” section of the Tadoº Smart Thermostat terms and conditions. Although your 12 monthly instalments will be £5 (instead of £10).
- You do not have the option to pay for the Tado upfront, or to include installation, as part of this Offer.
