Customer service was very good i didnt…

Customer service was very good i didnt get most of the names, but zama was the lady that i spoke to last and helped with the change over of meters and she was very helpful, and to top that they were very understanding and managed to get an engineer out very quick, tom the engineer was very professional and changed both meters with no worries at all and was very knowledgeable, thankyou to all that's was involved,much appreciated, so far so good, thankyou ovo energy

Important information 

1 With Power Move you can earn chances to win prizes by using as little non-essential electricity as possible during peak times. Customers can earn entries into a monthly prize draw where you could win prizes including up to a year’s free energy. Terms, eligibility criteria and exclusions apply. A year’s free energy is calculated in line with Ofgem’s average Energy Price Cap for January-March 2025 for customers paying by Direct Debit, which is worked out based on a 2-3 bedroom house, with 2 to 3 occupants using 11,500 kWh gas and 2,700 kWh electricity per year. Credit may not equal one year’s free energy if you are a higher than average user or if the price cap were to increase beyond current forecasts. We’ll pay it as energy bill credit in 12 monthly instalments. For example, if you win a year's free energy in January, the credit would be applied to your bill in February and each following month up to the last payment in January the following year.

The efficiency figure is also based on standardised test data after the battery had been fully charged (to 100%) and may not reflect real world driving. Actual efficiency differs depending on multiple variables, including selected vehicle and configuration, accessories fitted (post-registration), variations in weather, driving styles, route conditions, speed, vehicle age, battery age and temperature and vehicle load. The actual number of free miles the customer receives may be less than the maximum stated miles and will depend on the actual efficiency of the selected vehicle in the real world. Offer is for an estimated number of free miles calculated on the basis of the costs to the customer when they 'smart charge' using 'Charge Anytime'. 4 OVO’s 2019 analysis of academic research into the effectiveness of feedback on energy consumption behaviours indicates that being able to monitor your energy usage by installing a smart meter and having access to energy insights information can lead to a reduction in energy use. The reduction in energy use results from the customer making changes to their habits by curtailing home energy use through actions such as optimising heating settings or switching lights off. The actual savings achieved will vary depending on individual energy use and the nature of changes made to a customer’s energy habits. OVO’s energy tracking is currently available for the majority of OVO customers and will be made available to all remaining customers soon.
