OVO tops the Which? list with 82% customer satisfaction

Last year, we were delighted to be Which?'s first ever Recommended Energy Supplier. So we’re even happier this year, as we’re a Recommended Supplier again, and we've topped their customer satisfaction survey with a score of 82%.
This is a phenomenal result, and we’re very grateful to everyone who gave us such a great rating. Putting customers first has always been our primary motivation, so we’re glad many of you agree that we’re doing OK.

Helping our customers to help themselves
We want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to find the information they need, quickly and easily. We’ve developed My OVO to help people manage and keep track of their account online, while our OVO Help and in-depth Energy Guides provide detailed, easy-to-read information about everything to do with OVO and the energy industry in general. They also provide a wealth of facts and tips about saving energy, reducing your bills, and getting help with energy debt.
How we topped the chart
Which? questioned 8,902 energy customers in October, 2015. The percentage scores in the survey are based on the responses given for both overall satisfaction and how likely people were to recommend their energy supplier.
