If you’ve got an online management discount, you should be doing all the day-to-day stuff in My OVO.
So if you call or email us about something you could have done online, we might move you onto one of our full-service plans – and you’d lose your discount. Of course, there’s bound to be the odd occasion when you need to tell or ask us something, like if you can’t log into My OVO, or if we’ve asked you to phone us. So don’t worry – we won’t switch you to another plan just for that. And we’re always glad to get emails about how we can make things better.
