How to get a smart meter

It's easy to book a smart meter appointment through your online account. Once you’ve picked a slot we’ll check your postcode and send a confirmation email with all the info you need. If there are issues which mean we can’t install your smart meter we’ll be in touch to let you know why, and to suggest next steps.
