Charge Anytime - CrowdFlex end of trial offer

1. About this Offer

1.1 The ‘Crowdflex end of trial’ offer (the “Offer”) is available to existing Charge Anytime customers who participated in Trial 3 of the CrowdFlex (Power Move Flex for Charge Anytime) trial and have received the offer email at the end of the trial. The purpose of the offer is to give customers an opportunity to try out our new Charge Anytime monthly plans and receive a reward in return. Eligible customers who sign up to a Charge Anytime monthly plan by 4 December 2025 will be entered into a prize draw (the “Offer Period”) to win the following:

  • 1 of 5 prize vouchers worth £100 each

  • 1 of 50 prize vouchers worth £50 each

  • 1 of 250 prize vouchers worth £25 each

  • 1 of 500 prize vouchers worth £10 each 

The voucher will be provided to the customer via email following completion of the prize draw, which will be drawn on 11 December 2025. Winners will be chosen from a random draw of eligible entries in accordance with these Terms. The draw will be performed by a random computer process.

If you win, you will receive an email from Giftcloud with your voucher. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email details are up to date. Vouchers will be available to redeem at a selection of retailers including:

  • John Lewis

  • M&S

  • National Trust

  • National Garden centre

  • Tesco 

1.2 To be eligible to receive a voucher you must have signed up to any Charge Anytime monthly plan during the offer period and remain on a Charge Anytime monthly plan at the time the prize draw is carried out.  More information on our monthly plans can be found in our Charge Anytime terms and FAQs.         

1.3 These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have taken part in Trial 3 of CrowdFlex and have received offer details by email at the end of the trial. These Terms are supplemental to OVO’s core terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the Charge Anytime terms, OVO Charge app terms and the OVO Charge Anywhere terms.

1.4 The Promoter of this Offer is OVO Energy Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06890795 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (“OVO”, “we”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is only open to you if:

a) you are an existing Charge Anytime customer who has received the offer email;

b) you meet the eligibility criteria for Charge Anytime monthly plans outlined in the Charge Anytime terms;

c) you sign up to a Charge Anytime monthly plan by 4 of December 2025;

d) your electricity is supplied for domestic use only;

e) the property where you will charge your EV is located in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland); 

f) you remain on supply with OVO until the prize draw is carried out;

g) you continue to comply with the OVO Core Terms, Charge Anytime terms and OVO Charge app terms; and

h) you were part of Trial 3 of the CrowdFlex trial (Power Move Flex for Charge Anytime)

2.2 If you do not meet, or continue to meet, the eligibility criteria in paragraph 2.1 above, you will not be eligible for the Offer.

3. Fair usage policy

You agree to principally charge your EV at the address registered on your OVO energy account. If OVO reasonably suspects you're not behaving within this policy, we reserve the right to remove the Offer, having attempted to contact you first.

4. Data Sharing

Your legal rights in relation to your personal information and the way in which we process your personal data will be in line with our Privacy Policy which you can find at https://www.ovoenergy.com/privacy-policy.

5. Other 

5.1 If you want to switch to a different supplier or cancel Charge Anytime during the Offer Period, you will no longer be eligible to be entered into the prize draw. You  may need to pay any exit fees associated with your energy plan. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract.

5.2 We reserve the right to remove or temporarily suspend the Offer if, in our reasonable opinion, we suspect any breach of these rules, the Charge Anytime terms or our Core Terms. 

5.3 OVO reserves the right to amend or alter these Terms at any time. 

5.4 OVO’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

5.5 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. OVO reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

5.6 OVO reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

5.7 This Offer is governed by English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
