OVO and HSBC are launching a partnership to provide consumer finance for homeowners who purchase solar and battery systems, making it easier than ever to switch to solar energy and start saving on your electricity bills. Eligible customers will be able to spread the cost of solar and battery storage installations over 3 to 10 years with either 0% interest free, interest bearing options or you can pay in full

We would like HSBC employees to benefit from an exclusive 5% discount (the Offer) and be amongst the first to benefit from generating their own clean, homegrown energy with OVO.

With this special offer and finance option, HSBC employees could enjoy all the benefits of clean, renewable energy whilst saving on their utility bills.

How do I access it?

You will receive an email to your work email address explaining the offer, providing a link to follow through to the OVO website and book a survey. Offer is valid for the first when 150 HSBC staff that sign up.

What do I need to know about the Offer?

• You will be eligible for an exclusive 5% discount off your quoted price, which is an exclusive promotion for HSBC Group employees who are employed in and reside in the UK.

• This discount is only available for the first 150 people who register their interest and book a survey. You must apply using your HSBC email address in order to be eligible for the Offer.

• You will need to have a GivEnergy battery.

• You need to be the homeowner in order to benefit from this Offer. The Offer is personal to you and is non-transferable.

• You don’t have to  be an OVO customer for your home energy in order to take advantage of the Offer. However, if you wish to sign up to our Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) and sell your electricity back to us you would need to switch to OVO for your household energy.

• This Offer is open to customers who choose either to purchase the system outright or purchase via finance.

• The purchase and installation of your solar package will be governed by our Solar Terms and Conditions. These can be found here. Please read these carefully. If you take finance, this will also be subject to separate terms and conditions.
