Your statements will be waiting for you in My OVO for as long as you’re an OVO customer.
We’re glad you asked. Paperless statements are better for the environment – and cheaper for you.
So long as you provide us with a valid email address, we’ll automatically send you paperless statements by email every month (unless you specifically ask for paper ones).
By going paperless you could also qualify for our Self Service Reward of up to £60 per year.
It’s easy to set paper statements in My OVO. But, we’ll charge you an extra £5 every 3 months for this service to cover our admin costs. If you receive paper statements it also means that you will not qualify for our Self Service Reward.
