We’re glad you asked. Paperless statements are better for the environment – and cheaper for you.
So long as you provide us with a valid email address, we’ll automatically send you paperless statements by email every month (unless you specifically ask for paper ones).
It’s easy to set paper statements in My OVO. But, remember, if you get our Online Discount, we’ll charge you an extra £5 every 3 months for this service to cover our admin costs. If you’d prefer, you can opt-out of the Online Discount and get paper statements for free.

OVO Interest Rewards: Interest Rewards are paid on credit balances of customers paying by monthly Direct Debit. It is calculated at 3% in your first year, 4% in your second year and 5% in your third year (and every year thereafter) if you pay by Direct Debit.
