Decent service the decider
Although not the Cheapest or Dearest energy company, I have found Ovo to provide decent customer service. I looked at the cheapest companies and they appeared chaotic with poor service. Frankly I am to old to enjoy fighting any more

I contacted OVO Energy today & asked for help with pairing my in-home display monitor. The lady who dealt with my call was extremely polite, very welcoming & explained everything in detail. She was very patient as she talked me through the procedures. She has also arranged to speak with me tomorrow, just to confirm that the monitor is still operating effectively.She really is a credit to OVO Energy.

I found that OVO energy offer competitive pricing. Their service is good and the support team are quick to respond if there is a problem. The website and mobile app are easy to use which makes it easy to control your account and expenditure. With their zero carbon mission I liked the fact that I was using a suppler that was trying to do the best for the environment. When it came to renew my contract I was offered, without asking, a special loyalty discount. All in all I am a very happy customer.

Ovo makes you feel like they value your custom and reward your loyalty which is a rare attribute. Their customer service is fantastic, the website is easy to navigate and the prices are pretty good.
